Responsibility:
1. Responsible for supporting business partners through Opex reporting, including forecasting, budgeting and ad-hoc analysis
2. Provide analysis on variances to budget & forecast with explanations to senior management and recommendations for action.
3. Preparation of Opex monitor/control analysis, investigating potential non-compliance to company policies and approved budget and escalate if necessary
4. Continuously and proactively develop reports to support the BI Executives, CFO, the Executive Committee leadership and the CEO's office with high degree of attention to detail and accuracy. Come up with new ideas, initiatives, miscellaneous, ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting to improve understanding and optimizing of Opex
5. Shared responsibility for developing the annual business plan/budget
6. Participation within team objectives to drive specific projects improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the opex agenda

Requirement:
1. Bachelor’s or Major Degree in Finance or Accounting related universities
2. 2-3 year experience in financial institution
3. Experience in management reporting or analysis strongly preferred
4. Previous work experience in a financial management and reporting environment
5. Confidence to communicate and challenge at all levels
6. Accounting knowledge is preferable (i.e. accruals, prepayments)
7. Competent use of Microsoft Office applications to include Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word.
8. Strong Excel ability is required. Knowledge of VBA is preferred.
9. Data sensitive capabilities and database knowledge is preferred.
10. Possible requirement for travel within the China
11. Self-thinker able to work through issues and escalate only when appropriate
12. Well English Knowledge is required.
