POSITION OVERVIEW
Responsible for the on-time and in-budget completion of all customer required deliverables for these projects and is the main point of contact with our customers for the launch of new projects.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responsible for ensuring that a superior quality product is delivered by the Group to our customers on time and on budget to all aspects of APQP for the Design, Development, Validation, Verification, Testing (and on occasion Production Launch).
2. Has primary responsibility for cost management [tooling, capital, piece price, fiscal performance], quality, timing, customer satisfaction for assigns products and projects.
3. Must be able to manage Programs from rough design concepts, to prototypes, to detail/final drawings, right through to Program Launch and PPAP submission (if required). Carries out the Program Management from Design, Development and Validation to Program Launch in order to achieve project objectives of superior quality, on time and within program capital and tooling budgets.

QUALIFICATION
1. Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering, 3-5 years Program Management experience in the automotive.
2. Exceptional communication and management skills, both verbal and written in English. For some Asia customer, Korean language both verbal and written is preferred.
3. Thorough knowledge of AIAG APQP procedures, Quality Engineering, Supplier Management, Blueprint Reading, Advanced Measuring Techniques, Computer Literate, GPMS
4. Knowledge of QMS (TS16949, QS-9000, ISO9001 etc), GD&T, QFD, DFM, DFA, DVP&R, VE/VA, DOE, DFMEA/PFMEA, Floor Plans, Process Flow Diagrams, Control Plans, Quoting Procedures / Contract Review
5. Ability to prepare and conduct customer presentations on PowerPoint. Ability to discuss and direct technical discussions surrounding Product Design, Casting, Injection, Painting, Assembly, Gauging and Program Launches.
6. Knowledge of injection, painting & assembly is preferred.

岗位职责描述
1 负责确保交付给客户的是按时，按量，预算范围内的高品质产品，依照APQP的流程组织设计，开发，验证，实验及可能涉及到的量产阶段。
2 负责项目的成本管理（例如模具，资产投资，产品价格，财务指标等），质量，时间节点，客户满意度，安排小批量生产等活动。
3 从项目初步概念设计，软模样件，设计图纸，一直到正式量产各个阶段的管理。

岗位基本要求
1 理工科学士学位，3-5年汽车行业项目管理经验。
2 良好沟通技巧和团队管理经验。英文读写流利。部分亚洲客户，韩语读写流利者优先。
3 精通 AIAG APQP, 质量工程,供应商管理, Blueprint Reading, Advanced Measuring Techniques, Computer Literate, GPMS等。
4 熟悉QMS (TS16949, QS-9000, ISO9001等), GD&T, QFD, DFM, DFA, DVP&R, VE/VA, DOE, DFMEA/PFMEA, Floor Plans, 工序流程图, 控制计划, 报价程序，合同评审。
5 有能力为客户准备并介绍PPT，商讨有关技术问题。
6 了解注塑，油漆和总装经验者优先。
