职位描述
1. Purpose of the job:
The Product Manager takes responsibility to provide reliable, qualitative and profitable products for his customer.
2. Major accountabilities:
2.1. Accountability 1
Lifecycle Management Core Team:
- Manages the lifecycle management core team;
- Manages with the core team the open actions due to customer complaints, deviations and change requests in order to supply according to agreed quality, cost, time and budget
2.2. Accountability 2
Manages field failures according to WFM 28.1.9
2.3. Accountability 3
Perform Engineering Change Management:
- Manages change requests according to the agreed procedures in order to maintain a validated Product- and Process specification and supply base in line with all involved requirements (customer, certification, ZF, ...);
- Ensures up to date product data.
2.4. Accountability 4
Customer focus:
- Drives technical aspects, represents ZF at the customer
- Supports customer related audits (for example: VDA-, certification-, development- and process audits)
- Improves customer satisfaction (gets customer score cards and define actions to improve)
- Supports Pre-sales on screening the customer requirements and setting the project goals
2.5. Accountability 5
Financial:
- drives and monitors product profitability transparently;
- Gives input for and manages the yearly budget.
2.6. Accountability 6
- Gives input for reports for his products into the S&OP-cycle
2.7. Experience and knowledge sharing
Build and share knowledge and experience internally and externally in order to leverage expertise and performance level of the team and the broader organization.

Education level:
- Master degree or higher, preferably in mechanical or electromechanical engineering
Few years experience as Project- or team manager, preferably in mechanical environment and with customer contacts;
Willingness to travel
