职位描述：
1、深入了解百度、Google、yahoo等搜索引擎的工作原理，熟悉这些搜索引擎的排名机制和优化原则；对google、百度排名算法有一定的了解。
2、站内优化，通过seo技术选择合适的网站title、keywords以及description等，建立完整健壮的网站内链。拓展站外连接，不断提升网站pr以及带来流量。
3、有丰富的seo实战经验，分析网站数据，制定相应的seo优化方案，并根据网站流量统计数据制定seo优化报表，调整优化策略。
4、吃苦耐劳，比较强的抗压能力，较强的学习能力和敬业精神；
5、熟悉HTML、了解div+css，对脚本语言有一定了解；
岗位要求：
1、对网站进行整体优化、管理、维护，挑选出合适的关键词。
2、对网站的关键词进行合理的布局，使之符合优化的要求。
3、优化网站代码，对网站多余的html代码进行删除，对一些JS脚本代码进行封装，使之利于蜘蛛爬行。
4、检查网站的死链接，看看网站中是否存在死链接，如果有死链接要想办法改正过来。
5、404页面的制定，每个网站都要设计一个比较好的404页面。
