岗位职责：

1、严格遵守、执行公司各项规章制度；
2、负责日常行政工作；
3、负责部门领导安排的各种事项的督促、落实执行情况。
4、做好会议的召集、记录和追踪工作；
5、做好本部门内外文件的发放、登记、传递、催办、归档工作；
6、负责各类文件的分类呈送，并转有关部门处理；
7、负责与上海总部工作对接；（人事、财务、仓库、客服）
8、负责天津办事处人员费用报销事宜；
9、负责天津办事处物资请购和分配统计；
10、负责天津办事处人员考勤汇总，并与上海人事部的工作对接；
11、负责天津壳牌项目客户销售报表、销售资料整理统计；
12、领导安排的其他一切事务；

岗位要求：

1 女，21岁以上，中专以上学历，行政管理及相关专业优先；
2 1年以上的相关工作经验，具有较强的主动性和执行能力；
3 熟悉行政事务各项工作流程，熟练使用各种办公自动化设备；
4 工作热情积极、细致耐心，具有良好的沟通能力、协调能力，性格开朗，相貌端正，待人热诚；
5 做事严谨、抗压能力佳。
