    西安赛尔通信有限责任公司成立于2002年7月（注册资金2000万元），是一家专业从事通信工程服务的高新技术企业，先后获得了国家商务部颁发《对外承包工程资格证书》的国际施工资质，《电信工程专业承包二级资质》和《通信信息网络系统集成企业乙级资质》等多项电信专业资质，并通过了ISO9001：2008国际质量管理体系认证。
十年来，赛尔专注于通信网络全业务工程服务领域，公司业务涵盖移动通信网络规划、勘查设计、设备安装、基站铁塔建设、督导调测、运维托管、网络优化等。目前赛尔海外业务已经覆盖全球，海外市场收入达到公司总收入的52.6%，近年来，公司将主要技术力量集中在全面运维托管、网络优化等业务上，并且取得了较快的发展，相关收入已经达到公司总额的一半左右。
