招聘岗位：储备店长

任职要求：
1、年龄23-35岁，大专及以上学历，有连锁店管理工作经验丰富者可适当放宽；
2、有一年以上连锁门店管理岗位工作经验者优先；
3、要有出色的客户服务及沟通协调能力、优秀的团队领导能力；在店内处理诸多应急情况时有独当一面的能力。

薪资待遇：
1、3300元，提供住宿+带薪培训＋奖金；
2、此岗位为储备店长，经带薪培训考核通过后，新店开业直接升至店长岗位；
3、考核通过转正后，即可申请门店股份，成为门店股东，店长享受“月薪4000+奖金+分红”；
4、欢迎必胜客、棒约翰、星巴克、85度C、肯德基、麦当劳、超市等连锁行业门店管理者来应聘。
