Essential duties:

1. Monitor the daily operation and compliance to SOP and instructions in line with customers, overseas/agent and
other parties related to business;
2. Take participate into the bid/project and response to provide the best cost, and then follow up to check status/development.
Take training to ocean operation for the new project and tender under new SOPs.
3. Credit agreement, or management approval whichever applicable, and follow up closely for the payment outstanding.
4. Be responsible for building up an effective and efficient team through appropriate workload allocation, backup system,training
and daily coach to the operation staff.
5. To streamline the operation process and inspire a team spirit and motivate the team for continuous improvement for work
quality and efficiency.
6. To make good record of staff performance and ensure the performance appraisal conducted regularly for individual staff
development.
7. Report to the management monthly performance as requested.
8. Maintain with VIP client and shipping line and keep good relationship with local agent for more new business coming.
9. Assist with Branch Manager to make the target for next year, and guarantee the task complete successfully.
10. Any other additional tasks and duties required by the superior.

Job related qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree
2. More than 5 years working experience in sea freight
3. 2 years management experience is best
4. Fluent in spoken and written English
5. Result orientation
6. Teamwork and co-operation
7. Excellent communication and negotiation skill with good coordinate for all parties
8. Be familiar with local market and hold the ability for market forecasting
9. Focus on quality

11. High integrity
