岗位职责：
1、负责整个项目的物业日常运营和管理，对项目年度经营、管理目标负总责；
2、组织本项目各服务中心执行公司相关决议和管理要求
3、负责按照公司要求组织编制、落实项目年度工作计划及工作目标；
4、审核下属各服务中心年度工作计划及各项经营管理目标并提出审核建议；
5、负责组织编制项目年度经营预算，监督预算的执行，对年度预算执行结果负责；
6、负责组织、协调处理项目管理范围内客户重大投诉；
7、负责项目层面与属地政府部门的关系日常维护与工作沟通；
8、完成上级安排的其他工作。

任职条件：

1、45岁以下，大专以上学历；
2、知名物业服务企业或地产开发企业服务经历，3年以上高端物业独立运作经验，管理绩效优秀；
3、熟悉高端人群生活方式，具有高端物业服务视野，具有针对高端客户策划并带领团队实施服务的能力；
4、诚信度、敬业度高，团队领导力优秀，执行力强；
5、熟悉物业、地产相关政策、法规。
6、能适应长期驻外工作。
