Staffing and C&B Routine (Job Weight 50%)
1.Coordinate with all regional HRBP to prepare staff contracts and staff movements' collection.
2.New hired staff data input, corporate staff announcement and related on/off boarding notice.
3.Be responsible for payroll and monthly allowance preparation.
4.Ensure all staff payroll has 100% accuracy and deliver on time; related support such as double checking of commission, overtime records, part-time records, expatriates reimbursement, etc.
5.C&B related payment issue and pay-outs.
6.Keep continually contact with Finance people for any C&B information support.
7.Vender management (HR system/Insurance/CIIC/ADP)
8.Prepares periodic or special reports relevant to the compensation and benefits
9.Other related application of working time, foreigners' working permit, visa, commercial insurance etc.

HRIS Maintenance (Job Weight 50%)
1.Maintain all employees' master information and staff movement in HR system.
2.Monitor and coordination with IT team for time management.
3.Make sure all the company leaves and travels in system accuracy and smoothly to apply by staff.
4.Coordinate with regional HRBP for running attendance reports if needed and special cases troubleshooting.
5.Customized setting up on city's policies changes in benefit module.
6.Administer salary data in accordance with internal policies, procedures and government requirements
7.System checking to ensure the accuracy and running smoothly, helpdesk for password issues and bugs consolidation.
8. Update and design internal portal with corporate's information.
