Job Purpose:
？ Handle domestic China & ASEAN customers’ order, and need to have good communication with whole supply chain to make sure to ship all customers’ order on time.
？ Maintain strong customer relationships by performing professional manner of call-answering.
？ Assure rapid and timely completion of sales contracts and sales order entry into ERP SYSTEM.

Job Responsibilities:
？ Execute customer order process, including order entry, shipping proposal, picking list, and invoicing;
？ Prepare import and export related documents.
？ Responds to and accurately resolves customer inquiries.
？ Database / document customer inquiries.
？ Responsible for communication via telephone and e-mail with company customers, prospects.
？ Takes to go above and beyond the daily calls from customers; to build customer loyalty and confidence.
？ Demonstrates strong problem solving skills.

Requirements:
1. University graduate, more than 3 years related working experience.
2. Good command of Chinese Mandarin, English
3. Excellent coordination and communication skills
4. Good command of word & excel
5. Trade link
6. Attention to detail a must
7. SAP knowledge and experience are perferred
8. Preferable to have experience in order processing, demand planning and logistics workflow
9. Experience in international shipment handling
