Job Title: Mavic Service Centre Technician

Report to: Commercial Manager, WSE&Mavic China

Main Responsiblity:

To be responsible for the China "Mavic Service Centre (MSC)", carrying out a continuously administrative, and technical service for China

- Handle incoming calls and technical queries from both retailers and eventually end users
- To correctly process, manage and report all warranty and technical issues
- Ensure and exceptional level of service for the MSC(with a warranty returns target of 48 hours)
- To implement ‘Technical Training’ for China retailers
- Retain a totally up to date knowledge base of Mavic products and issues
- To contribute through behaviour, attitude and actions to serve a good Mavic image.
- Receiving incoming queries and complaints, both warranty and technical, and responding in an accurate and timely manner.
- To mange from start to finish the system processing of warranty and repairs in the MSC, following given Mavic SAS policy and process/procedure.
- Accurate monthly reporting for all MSC activity including warranty feedback regards developing technical issues.
- Through training, learning and coaching, to maintain the most accurate possible knowledge of the technical operation and failings of the Mavic product range.
- Accurately manage the MSC stock forecasting, ordering and monitoring within a frame work as defined by Customer Services Manager (Mavic SAS)
- To take full responsibility for the organisation and delivery of annual retailer technical training events and seminars

- Passion for cycling.

Education:

- College degree or above

Needed Work Experience:

- Minimum 3 years in similar role.
