BU Description
Business Transformation and Services (BT&S) team in IBM China Development Lab (CDL) belongs to IBM Cooperate Information Office (CIO). The BT&S team was built in 2003 with the goal to provide development services for IBM end-to-end process transformation, IT systems integration and application innovation across IBM. The team committed to build applications by leveraging leading-edge technology products and services to yield innovation that matters. With 5 years' growth, the team has involved in the development of several key applications responsible for globalizing and simplify the web experience while increasing self-service capabilities for our clients; enabling seller and developer productivity through enhanced seller tools; automating business processes; and showcasing IBM technology. BT&S team's priorities are focused on demonstrating the value of software business transformation, closing the gaps in capabilities to run the distributed and zSeries software business, enabling Partner programs and demonstrating an SOA framework on large-scale production.

BT&S team now is focusing on development of a set of e-Business applications to facilitate IBM SWG' end-to-end "demand to delivery" value chain processes that support IBM's worldwide fulfillment of Software. These e-Business applications comprise of several autonomous components that share portions of a common set of user data, infrastructure, programs and processes. Our strategic objective is to offer real-time, on-line, self-service tools which interact with the back-end SAP System for worldwide software customers, business partners and IBM Sales Reps to retrieve contract or order information, download products, manage contact information, retrieve parts/price information, submit quote and orders.
Job Requirements (skills/experiences/Qualifications)

Responsibility
Read and understand business requirements
Design test scenario, develop test cases, understand TC, perform execution
Analyze test result, report problem, verify fixes, create test report
Design, implement and maintain automated TC scripts
Communicate and collaborate with development team

Skills Requirement:
Professional experience in software testing and automation development
Professional experience on Web application/GUI testing with test execution and defect reporting
Experienced on at least one kind of programming language, Java/Java Script/C/C++
Good knowledge of software development life cycle and testing process
Knowledge of Automation Testing tool Rational Functional Test is a plus
Good documentation skill is a plus
Knowledge for IBM Lotus Notes is a plus
Globalization development knowledge & experience is a plus
Knowledge for Web Services & SOA is a plus

Qualifications(Education/Major/Certificates)
M.S or above in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering
