岗位职责：
1、负责业务区域的销售任务及招商谈判，对辖区内各代理商宣传公司政策，帮助代理商对销售目标进行分解并提出完成目标的建议；
2、维护及发展经销商及重点客户的合作关系，细分市场，解决出现的矛盾与冲突，维护公司良好的信誉与形象；
3、对肿瘤类产品招商有自己独特见解，对当地的市场容量及未来上量有一定的认识；
4、及时收集和反馈市场动态信息、竞争产品信息等；
5、完成总经理交代的其他工作。

任职资格 ：
1、大专或以上学历，医药、营销相关专业者优先，28-45岁男性或已婚已育女性优先考虑；
2、3年以上招商工作经验，熟悉当地代理商及商业网络情况（有肿瘤类药推广经验者优先）；
3、基本的电脑操作及办公软件使用；

4、身体健康，良好的沟通及较强的独立工作能力；

5、吃苦耐劳，能经常出差。
