About Audit and Assurance
Auditing today isn’t only about compliance or merely following rules. By providing a balanced, objective opinion on financial statements, you help to build trust between companies and their stakeholders, including investors. This trust depends on more than just numbers. It requires the application of your judgment and insight, drawing on both technical knowledge and commercial experience.
As our largest service line, you’ll experience a dynamic and fast moving working environment. From potential startups to multinational corporations, clients will look to you for advice on audit, regulatory, listing, private placement, corporate change, and a host of other business topics.
Job Responsibility:
- Support HR Manager to deliver quality strategic and operational services to Assurance Partners and staff members, e.g.;
- Support performance and compensation review from arranging the logistics to providing relevant materials and analysis for annual review meetings;
- Produce various HR related reports on regular and ad hoc basis;
- Develop and manage strong relationship with internal clients at the corresponding level;
- Follow up on graduate recruitment, experienced hire, global mobility, leave management and talent management cases / issues from an LoS HR perspective;
- Participate People Affair Committee activities and involved in HR projects to drive people agenda;
- Provide effective people management guidance, coaching and tools to assist Partners and Managers in coaching and developing their staff’;
- Conduct exit interview with Assurance leavers, and use the data for improving the people engagement level;
- Work with cross-territory teams in national HR project implementation; and
- Support National Assurance HR Leader to implement people strategies and national programmes on required basis.
Job Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management, Commerce or Social Sciences;
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably within a professional service or multinational corporation environment;
- Hands-on experiences in HR operations and HR data analysis, good at HR system and excel;
- Good command in spoken and written English;
- Strong negotiation, influencing and consultative skills with an ability to build strong client relationships;
- Strong client service focus at all levels of the role with demonstrated resourcefulness, initiative and flexibility;
- Able to work effectively as part of a team and independently;
- A high level of discretion and confidentiality at all levels of the role; and
- Attention to detail and execute a high level of accuracy;
