职位描述

Position summary: This position is responsible for growth in sales, providing technical services support (trials at sawing equipment, maintenance and product application demos) within territory.

General purpose: To lead the process of increasing sales, market share and brand recognition in China.

Essential functions - The essential functions of the position would include those assumed for a sales and technical position and include, but not limited to the following:
? Set up yearly business plan and goals with each distributor in his territory.
? Increase sales in territory by appointing distributors in China.
? Train, support and travel with Morse distributors and their sales engineers to achieved sales goals.
? Provide product demonstrations to distributors and end-users as needed.
? Works frequently with end user customers to solve product application problems and to run product performance and trial tests.
? Performs limited repair services to make sawing equipment operational to achieve optimum product performance.
? Performs service and repair on welding equipment at the distributor’s location or welding center.
? Interacts with Product Development teams to conduct field tests of new or improved products.
? Conducts in-plant (customer) seminars on product knowledge application and performance as well as machine maintenance and operation procedures for optimum performance.
? Must be able to determine blade failure analysis and evaluate claims for defective product.
? Obtain and retain competitor profiles and competitive offerings as well as competitive intelligence such as market pricing.
? Have ability to sell and manage in multiple sales channels.
? Contribute to new product ideas and make recommendations on opportunities to gain profitable sales volume.
? Development of effective relationships with end users, distributors, sales representatives and support personnel.

Essential skills and experience:
? Fluent in English, Mandarin and Chinese dialects.
? A combination of 5 years of selling, managing a sales force or distribution network, professional or industrial products industry throughout a stated territory.
? Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel.
? Must possess a high energy level and be a self-starter.
