Duties:

Work with Applications, Design and Production to help develop products or services that achieve customer’s goals. Apply existing or create new designs or services to meet customer’s needs.



To get results for the customer
Be a customer advocate
Technically competent (trained on all products)
To develop new business
Call on new customers
Increase quote hit rate
i. Explain quotation

ii. Follow up with personal call

iii. Bring in higher quality quotes w/ better potential

iv. Trash quotes that do not fit easily

Retain and increase current business
Increase customer loyalty
i. Find out why we lose quotes

1. Measure sales increase of target customers

Reduce cost of sales as a percentage of sales
Become more efficient with time, dollars
i. Utilize travel more efficiently

Call on only high potential candidates
Bring in more sales
