Job Description:
To direct, maintain and implement the company’s strategic policies & procedures in general administration and human resources management in China region.
To implement travel administration & its operations in accordance with policies laid down by corporate management.
To monitor and review the effectiveness of office administration systems and work with branches to ensure compliance with corporate policies, as well as local legislations.
To collaborate with corporate legal Department and local attorney to solve employee dispute affairs, and also collaborate with corporate financial department and local accounting firm on company’s financial matter.
To conduct necessary research on the labor market trend and development and give advice on the development of compensation and benefits program in the region so as to maintain our competitiveness to attract and retain high quality work-force.
To maintain a good communication with corporate offices and other Branches in office administration matters.
To support corporate office on rolling out and implementing all training and educational programs.
To support change management by effective communication by oral and written.

Job Qualifications:
University graduate with minimum 5 years’ experience in general administration and human resources management of International Corporation.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Experience/knowledge on labor regulations will be highly preferred.
Experience/knowledge on corporate financing and accounting is plus.
Job Location: Shanghai, Jiading District.
