SUMMARY

Reporting to the Sr. Services Engineer, the Project Engineer initiates, designs, realizes and supervises projects to improve
security and optimize the performance of plant equipment. He/she supervises all activities related to delineation office. He/she supports the maintenance and production teams in the resolution of problems relating to maintenance and engineering. He/she collaborates in the inspections of existing or new equipment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Ensures that all activities carried out as well as those he/she delegates his/her staff are carried out according to
laws and regulations, policies and procedures of the company and to practices generally accepted;
2. Responsible to initiate, design, realize and supervise all the related projects/MOCs activities to improve security
and optimize the performance of plant mechanical equipment;
3. Realizes studies, reports, technical projects to improve the process;
4. Participates and manages HAZOP studies;
5. Manages projects under his/her responsibility and cooperate with E&I project engineer if there are matters related
to mechanical equipment, and support maintenance team if needed;
6. Collaborates to solving problems relating to his/her field of expertise;
7. Performs tasks relating to mandates entrusted to him/her;
8. Support to develops maintenance and production procedures;
9. Collaborates in the inspection of new or existing equipment and tracks this inspection;
10.Contributes to the achievement of the mission of the company and ensures that members he supervises adhere
to company’s values.
PROFILE
1. Required Qualifications:
2. Holds a bachelor degree in Engineering (chemical or mechanical engineering);
3. Three to five-year experience in project function in chemical industry, preferably in the petrochemical field.

9. Integrity and professional ethics;
10. Fluent in Mandarin and working knowledge of English.
11.Preferred Qualifications
12.Skilled in use AutoCAD or other drafting software;
13.Skilled in use Smart plant P&ID data base;
14.Experience in inspection would be preferred.
