RESPONSIBILITY:
Searching, interviewing and presenting local and international candidates to German companies in China.

TASKS:
Analyzing and studying client requirements and job descriptions
Identifying, searching, selecting and interviewing candidates according to clients' requirements;
Presenting and recommending the candidates to the client (verbal and written);
Maintaining and expanding relationship with potential candidates
NO Business Development needed: This task is done by the Managing Director

REQUIREMENTS:
Strong and clear focus on the execution of search assignments
Strong result orientation and consulting/service mentality
At least 2 years of related work experience
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong affinity and understanding for technical industries
Willingness and ability to work for German clients and German quality standards
Honesty and loyalty
Male at least 28 years old OR Female at least 28 years old
Preferably Holder of a valid and free “Registered Qualification Certificate Agent of Human Resources”（上海市人才中介师执业资格证书）or "Registered Qualification Certificate Junior Agent of Human Resources"（上海市人才中介员从业资格证书）
