Responsibilities:

？ Leadership & mentoring of the Sales Engineer team to ensure that business targets are achieved in responsible regions领导并指引销售工程师团队完成既定的销售目标
？ Execute sales strategies执行销售策略
？ Train, support and monitor Sales Engineer team培训、支持及检查销售工程师团队
？ Complete all routine weekly/monthly reports as necessary to ensure effective information distribution完成必要的周/月报表以确保任务有效的分配
？ Collect and report market information搜集并报告市场动态信息
？ Maintain and support 6-S principals and initiatives 支持及推动6S的推行
？ Compliance to ISO9001-2008, ISO14001:2004 & OHSAS18001:2007遵照ISO9001-2008质量管理体系, ISO14001:2004环境管理体系 & OHSAS18001:2007职业健康安全管理体系
？ Other works assigned by company公司分派的其他工作

Requirements:


？ knowledge in fastener products紧固件产品知识
？ Experience in fastener companies and multinational 紧固件公司及外资公司的工作经历
？ More than 6 years of successful sales & marketing experiences至少六年以上成功销售或市场开发经验
？ Experience leading and motivating direct and cross-functional teams领导及激励直接及间接团队的经验
？ Strong negotiating and communication skills优秀的谈判及沟通技巧
