职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Present and promote the company program to customers (retail + architects/designers), and develop sales opportunities
2. Responsible for maximizing sales in China, verifying new requests from the market
3. Build a network and long term relationships with retailers, (interior) architects and designers with a view to maximizing long term sales
4. Identify sales opportunities and provide structured follow-up
5. Manage expense budget in the most efficient way
6. Constantly map your own area in terms of: right quality of the customer base, projects on the go and new potential customers
7. Report on market developments, events, new business opportunities
8. Monitor sales actions by the competitor
Requirements:
1. Experience in direct sales to Architectural & Design community and in selling high level branded products
2. Working for or experience in working for furniture or luxury products company
3. Fully available to travel extensively across China (not too much restrictions because of family matters)
4. No arrogant appearance
5. Self starter, pragmatic, hands-on
6. Committed, enthusiastic with can do-mentality
7. Autonomous hard worker
8. Multi-level communicator with ability to convince
9. Works in structured and disciplined way
10. Solution seller, creative
11. Understands how to build long term relationships resulting in maximized long term sales
12. Strong personal interest in design and architecture
13. Fluent Chinese and English
14. College degree or equivalent education
