Job description
Position requires thorough knowledge of specific MDI, TDI, POLYOL, BDO Etc related process systems and engineering techniques like:
? Chinese chemical related standards and DIN standards
? Tank farm
? weighting or dosing systems
? mixing systems and heating systems
? Vessel, Equipment, Piping, Steel structure etc system
? PLC control, instrument and automatic systems
? 3D and isometric Design soft or others related calculation tools

Responsibility
He will assist general manager or with project manager for some Technical negotiation and attend in engineering department team for some project construction, Typical duties will include but not limited to be responsible for the following activities of our design team
? Conceptual designs
? Process flow diagrams
? Detailed Process Instrument Diagrams
? Basis of design process scope documents
? Equipment lay-outs
? Process equipment specifications, datasheets
? User Requirement Specifications
? Equipment list, line list, valve list, instrument list
? Process system construction specification
? Process functional specifications
? Process equipment, valves, instrument selections
? Process calculations (pressure drop, pump curve, heat exchangers, regulating valves....

Requirements:
? Good English (understanding, speaking, writing)
? Experience in working with multiple discipline project (mechanical, electrical, automation)
? Knowledge of a broad range of engineering subjects, from engineering calculations to materials to be used.
? Excellent mechanical engineering kills, especially in the field of tank farm systems
? Excellent communication skills
? The ability to work within budgets and to deadlines
? AutoCAD is highly desirable and others related soft
