• Recommend relevant Sourcing Route based on total costs
  

Responsibilities

• Plastic, packaging material
  
• Co-Drive and Execute Category Strategy
  
• Co-Drive and Execute Sourcing process Programs
  
• Co-Drive Cost/Spend analysis and Tracking
  
• Supplier relational Management
  
• Responsible for Specific Suppliers and co-drive management of Vendor Platform
  
• Responsible for Contract Management and Compliance
  
• Responsible for Vendor Performance
  
• Responsible for Optimal Logistical Solution
  
• Secure compliance to the strategy using objective value chain considerations
  
• Follow up on suppliers in terms of delivery/quality issues
• 
  Follow the supply market – i.e. prices, cost structures, market and tech trends
  
• Baseline, Identifying levers, RFQ-process, Negotiate, Implement
  
• Recommend relevant Sourcing Route based on total costs
  
• Cross functional expert who integrate internal and external parties
  
• Maintain baseline and spend analysis, overview internal/external cost structures based on total cost considerations, tracking savings
  
• Supplier segmentation, Relationship building, Drive execution according to SRM Strategy
  
• Commercial link to the supplier in daily operations. Understand user needs ( GSC), identify vendors (from platform or suggest new), start up supplier, secure specifications, balance relationship, phase out product or supplier.
• 
  Secure use of appropriate agreements. Secure availability of up to date contractual agreements to relevant stakeholders; Secure compliance
  
• Secure and follow up on vendor performance (DIFOT, claims, quality), day-to-day issues, interact with MCO, capacity, Code-of-Conduct, Vendor Capability Assessments etc.
  
• Optimize logistical solution in full value chain based on total costs; supplier integration; VMI
  
  

Requirements

• 6 years of experience in Procurement
  
• Commercial or financial background etc.
  
• Roles and responsibilities in previous activities.
  
• English fluency. Experience from similar role would be an advantage
