职位描述

Position Responsibility:
1. Conduct effective sales appointments with customers
2. Maintain minimum revenue quota and minimum sales volumes on a quarterly basis
3. Utilize our sales processes
4. Utilize the Product Management tools for presentation preparation
5. Present an approved proposal on every visit
6. Maintain accurate records of customer communications, proposals, and follow-ups
7. Submit all records/paperwork for every customer sales appointment
8. Meet all customer expectations as scheduled
9. Tenaciously follow-up with open leads
10. Conduct effective calling programs to further the sales process
11. Nurture all possible referral business
12. Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:
1. Minimum 5 years related work experience in a direct sales role.
2. Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.
3. >50% travel throughout the Asia Pacific Rim.
4. Successful experience selling in a market representing high-end, premium products sold virtually and/or business to business.
5. Experience with preferentially growing sales into premium products for the end consumer.
6. Closing expertise in deals against low-price competitors.
7. Closing expertise with premium products or services.
8. Confidence in overcoming multiple customer objections including stalls.
9. Ability to work well with inside support staff including Product Management.
10. Ability to generate referrals from positive customer experiences and contact database.
11. Ability to work hours that are convenient for customers across a range of time zones.
12. Must work well independently and possess self-starter mentality.
13. Strong organization skills and ability to prioritize.
14. Ability to thrive in a high intensity, technical, dynamic work environment.
15. Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
16. Present well (in person, Customer facing or over the phone) in both English and Mandarin.
17. Strong computer skills including experience managing leads in an online Customer Relationship Management System (CRM – E.g. Salesforce.com), MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
18. Strong interpersonal skills.
19. Fluent in Cantonese Chinese
20. BA/BS in Economics, Communications, Marketing, Business, or similar field
