1 按时完成设备的大修及维护保养工作，急生产所急。
2 加强对全厂各机械设备的巡回检查，解决设备的事故隐患，杜绝设备大的事故的发生，确保安全生产，做好备品备件
3 检修工作应保证有较高的成功率，保证维修后的设备的完好性和可操作性，做好有关设备维修保养情况的原始记录
4 对机修组人员的操作规范负责，注意安全，不安全处应及时规范
5 合理安排机修组每位员工的工作，充分调动每位员工的生产积极性
6 负责全厂设备的维修，保养工作，抢修及整改工作
7 参加新设备和大修的验收和设备事故的分析

任职要求：
1 从事机修电工5年以上，熟悉办公软件，掌握制图软件，在纸箱行业工作过优先
2 有高低压电工证
