POSITION: ADMIN ASSISTANT

Description:
Provides support to the running operations by executing all areas of secretarial work; Ensures the provision of effective personnel administration support; manages filing systems and records; maintains databases; Maintains inventory of office supplies and interacts with vendors regarding selection, pricing, and delivery of office supplies, equipment, and services.
为现有的操作工作提供所有行政秘书工作。 负责提供有效的公司人员的行政管理工作， 管理，储存，维护文件，管理办公用品，监督公司公共区域的正常管理工作。

Requirements:
The position requires
-Good administrative, interpersonal, time management & organizational skills
-Working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
