职位描述
岗位主要职责（或工作内容）：
position responsibilities：
1. Responsible for the new supplier evaluation and the closed the finding, as well as approval. Review and approve FA samples of parts from suppliers, Such as machining, welding, HDG, Coating, and so on.
2. Review and approve supplier’s corrective actions and provide guidance to suppliers if corrective action is not valid or effective.
3. Audit regularly and analyze the manufacturing and quality systems and production process of suppliers and work with suppliers to improve the processes.
4. Coordinate with purchasing and project team, as well as the supplier to make the drawing review according to drawing, technical specification, as well as the experience of the similar product
5. Lead daily problem solving for non-hot issues and coach supplier to understand better process control. Meanwhile, pushing supplier enhance the manufacture capability.
6. Supplier quality Issue Solving and Performance Improvement, Ensure Meet Quality Performance Objective.

7. University graduate in mechanical Engineering or equivalent
8. Minimum 5 years work experience in quality control in foreign enterprise.
9. Quality system standard and manufacturing process is essential; familiar with
quality system like ISO9001, ISO14001,OHSAS18001.
10. Rich knowledge of supplier quality management, work experience in mechanical engineering/welding is preferred.
11. Familiar with process of machining, welding, HDG, coating and so on.
12. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, diplomacy, leadership and professionalism in dealing with tough, confidential and sensitive matters
13. Problem solving skills and flexibility.
14. Open-minded about new ideas
15. Professional training required.
16. Proficient with MS Office products.
17. Fluent and professional English and Chinese.
