岗位主要职责（或工作内容）：
position responsibilities：
1. 负责并确保所有出货产品满足所有相关要求
Responsible to make sure all products shipped meet all relevant requirements
2. 对相关过程按照相关标准执行过程中和发货前检查
Perform the inline and pre-shipment products inspection per relevant process and
standards
3. 按要求进行厂内或第三方实验机构进行产品测试
Support in house or 3rd party lab products test based on the requirement
4. 按照质量和社会责任标准进行供应商审核
Perform the supplier audit based on quality and social compliance standard
5. 按照审核结果，产品的监管，产品检验结果等督促供应商改进
Coach and drive the supplier improvement based on audit results , product
regulation, production inspection results etc.
6. 处理和跟踪客户的投诉和质量投诉，进行根本故障原因分析并推动供应商改善
Handle and follow up with customers claims and/or complaints regarding the
quality , conduct root failure reason analysis and drive supplier improvement
7. 按照客户要求准备提交项目完工资料.
Prepare and provide project document as required to customers.
8. 按照要求协助质量经理做好取证工作
Assistant quality manager to gain related qualification certificates as required.
9. 质量汇报
Quality Reporting.
10.维护仪器检定系统
maintain the calibration system.
11.准备需要转移到生产车间的内部文件。
Prepare internal documents needed to transfer to the production floor.
12.对质量待定区域的产品部件进行分类并标识。
Create sorting for parts placed in the QA Hold Area.
13.监督并持续改进生产车间的质量体系
Monitor and continuously improve the quality system on the manufacturing floor.
14.在以下几个方面进行培训: 使用卡尺，卷尺，半径规和其他各种计量设备
Perform Training in the following areas; use of caliper, tape measure, radius
gauge and various other metrology equipment
15.指定的其他职责
Other duties as assigned




岗位要求：
job requirement：
1. 机械工程或相关专业本科
University graduate in mechanical Engineering or equivalent
2. 至少5年的质量管理和HSE经验
At least 5 years of experience in Quality management and HSE
3. 跨国公司工作经验
Experience with international companies
4. 掌握质量体系标准和制造过程经验是必不可少的；熟悉质量体系如ISO9001，ISO14001，
OHSAS18001等。
Quality system standard and manufacturing process is essential; familiar with
quality system like ISO9001, ISO14001,OHSAS18001.
5. 质量改进工具的知识，如QC 7tools，PPAP，FMEA，8D，SPC，APQP…
Sound knowledge of quality improvement tools, like QC 7tools, PPAP,FMEA, 8D, SPC,
APQP…
6. 良好的解决问题的能
Good problem shooting skills;
7. 冲突管理能力；专业的沟通技巧
Good ability on conflict management; Professional communication skills
8. 专业文件化技巧和能力
Professional documentation skills
9. 熟练使用MS Office产品
Proficient with MS Office products
10. 流利的英语和汉语
Fluent and professional English and Chinese

Avanti Wind Systems is a Danish company founded in 1885. It is a world leading manufacturer of ladder and lift solutions for getting safety up and down inside wind turbine towers. Avanti Wind Systems Manufacturing (Shanghai) Co. Ltd was established in 2006. Avanti China now has two factory in Shanghai and Tianjin with about 100 employees.
