Duties:

* All IT Infrastructure related environments' ( Server Rooms / hard ware / mobile devices ).

* Phone System, Fire Protection System, Alarm System.

* All global regulation of Komaxgroup are respected and applied (*)

* Secure handling of confidential data at any time (*).

* ERP system maintenance.

* Install and setup switches and router for Local Area Network (Cisco Products).

* Install servers, setup configuration and secure system with patches (HP Products / Windows OS).

* Install workstation and laptops for client ready to work ( Dell Products / Windows OS / MS Office).

* Install printers and other periphery devices including setup

* Setup systems and client in Network management (Active directory / Sophos Security).

* Check backup periodically based on regulation.

* Check security management for clients (Sophos/ Checkpoint) .

* Support client for IT related request and helps.

* Assist management for technical support and pro-active support (budget / evaluation).

* Work for particular projects given by IT Management.

* ERP system maintenance.

* Complete the other issues released form the supervisor.



Education and Experience

* Microsoft Certified Server Administrator (MCSA)

* Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

* Knowledge of Navision ERP system but not must.

* 3-5 year related experience.



Competences, Skills

* Exceptional troubleshooting and analytical problem solving skills.

* Experience with various technologies: Citrix, WSUS, HP Insight Manager.

* Attention to detail it's a must.
