职位描述
Position: Senior Product Development Engineer – Kitchen cabinets and bathroom Vanity

Responsibilities:
? Support Asia Product team and US team for all NPD development, changes/improvement of existing product lines, and component development and qualification
? Support developing Asia Product development process
? Communication Interface Across Disciplines – Both US and Asia Stakeholders
o Manage Project List – Task Prioritization, Due Dates, and Completion Status
o Coordinate all NPD Activities on the Asia Side in the function areas of product development in Asia
? Develop Specifications for New Product Offerings Prior to samples Submittals
? Manage all activities of changes and improvements of existing products
? Coordinate the Development, Selection, and Approval of Color Standards
? Develop and improved product solutions - Sort through the complexities of potential product solutions, identifying gaps in the current product solutions, and lead the team to identify and implement innovative and differentiate solutions
? Create and Maintain Engineering Drawings in Support of new product development Launch Activities and Ensure Complete / Accurate Prior to Supplier samples Submittals
? Assist US Team with the Development, Communication, and Implementation of Product Packaging and Shipping Requirements.
? Coordinate Products tests (KCMA ), Certification Testing / Maintenance, and Industry Compliance Activities
? Coordinate Packaging Tests (ISTA), Certification Testing / Maintenance, and Industry Compliance Activities
? Back-Office Tracking and Coordination of Lab and samples Submittals/Approvals
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Industrial Engineering or similar Engineering degree
- Minimum of seven years in product development experiences in furniture and/or kitchen and bathroom cabinetry industries
- Experiences in consumer goods and/or building materials industries preferred but not required
- Experiences with North American retail industries highly preferred but not required.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, organize and prioritize work and continue to monitor and make changes to work as the project needs dictate
- Identifies as well as resolves issues and roadblocks inhibiting completion of milestones
- Self directed
- Good oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese are required
- Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
