Essential Responsibilities
- Work with Global Operations Finance leadership team to develop the service delivery models that will benefit to the biz, also secure the overall enterprise standard and scale synergy.
- Own wing-to-wing integration process for identifying opportunities, understanding CTQ, developing roadmap/ solutions, tracking the progress, achieving agreements/ removing roadblocks, monitoring implementation results, and translating feedbacks/ lesson learn to the next round of transitions.
- Managing Transition Tollgates and Deliverables and facilitating all transition related communication and reporting.
- Drive operation's efficiency and effectiveness by leading quality initiatives
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, with sound finance or accounting experience
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and influencing skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills both in Chinese and English
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and deliver results within time constraints
- Team player, thought leader, and a change agent
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
- Experience with project management.
- Experience with shared service serviced model is a plus
- Proven ability to interact with Senior Leadership
- Six Sigma Green/Black Belt+ and Lean expert is preferred
- CAS graduate preferred
