Essential Responsibilities
- Lead team to complete the new process transition and migration, covering Greater China and other APAC countries - Launch B2P W2W solution (AP WF, centralized mailroom, payment system etc.) to integrated BIZ, drive centralization of remotes sites
- Provide financial, controllership and compliance leadership to team
- Manage team's daily operation, make sure the accuracy and timeliness
- Work closely with Business Controllers for operational controllership enhancement and BIZ specific initiatives to drive BIZ outcome
- Support Enterprise standard (GE policy) alignment & execution cross BTP teams in Greater China
- Lead and support Global Operations Finance projects and initiatives
- Drive AP process standardization and simplification
- Provide training to the new team members
- Maintain dashboard and consolidate metrics
- Identify the process issues or risks, propose with solution and escalate to the management, enhance controllership and drive process improvement continually
- Review team work, strengthen improper payment procedure
- Other ad hoc projects assigned by manager
Qualifications/Requirements
- University graduate, major in financing, accounting, tax or IT equivalent.
- Above 5 years' experiences in Finance from a multinational company or big 4 audit firm
- Familiar with AP, Import/export processes & SAFE regulations
- Project management/Process migration experiences required
- Experiences of dealing with Non-China operation preferred
- Team management experiences required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good spoken and written English
- Outstanding leadership & willingness to learn
- Solid knowledge in Oracle or other strategic ERP
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Desired Characteristics
- Able to anticipate, identify, and resolve complex financial issues
- Established analytical and project management ability
- CPA certification is preferred
