Role Summary/Purpose
As the Accounting Team Leader you will have responsibility for teams by establishing priorities, deliverables and scope of work. Oversee reporting processes, review, and approve accounting entries, and develop procedural manuals to ensure compliance.
Essential Responsibilities
- Lead Corporate GL team to conduct monthly and quarterly closing, and ensure the accuracy and efficiency of both US GAAP and PRC GAAP reporting
- Perform B/S review, and P/L review with related stakeholder, to mitigate any potential risk
- Review Account Reconciliation to ensure the quality for the preparation, and identify the process can be improved.
- Monitor the monthly closing process, and take the lead in resolving issues.
- Manage the annual statutory audit preparation, work with KPMG and tax team to ensure the on time filing
- Provide appropriate Coaching and Mentoring for team members and helping develop a career path.
- Sustain a learning and customer-oriented culture and organization that facilitate operation and customer needs best.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 7 years plus working experience,3 years above management experience, share service experience is a plus
- CICPA or equivalent accounting certificate
- Solid finance operation knowledge and ERP implementation experience is a plus
- Customer-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effectively bilingual (Chinese & English).
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Proven ability to interact with Senior Leadership.
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
- FMP / CAS Experience a plus.
