Job Responsibilities:
1. Developing OBIEE reports to support HPU Regional Supply Chain performance and Business performance : -
Develop KPI Performance Tracking reports , Publish reports in OBI Dashboard. Standardize all reports parameters to Regional and Global standard definition. Completion date: Dec. 2012
2. Develop China Logistics Profile cost spend map and track the performance based on historical data and publish the same to SC Manager –Completion date: May 2012
3. Update regular basis HPU Asia Supply Chain Intranet pages and carry out maintenance activities on monthly basis. Intranet page developed and commissioned. Data input and update work as per performance tracking metrics. –Completion date: Dec.2012
4. Provide and maintain HPU Asia Supply Chain Performance analysis reports for business operation efficiency management. Work in progress. –Completion date: Dec. 2011
- Developed GE Shipment to APAC forecast accuracy scorecard- Completion date: Feb. 2012
- Developed PU APAC variable cost reduction monitoring scorecard - Completion date: Mar. 2012
- Develop GA region logistics cost tracking – Completion date – Dec 2012
5. Develop and maintain databases to support HPU Asia Supply Chain Projects and Performance management. -Completion date: Dec.2012
6. Organize and Conduct OBIEE Training to HPU Supply Chain Team and empower the team in reporting capabilities and business performance efficiency. –Completion Date: Dec. 2012
7. Support Win 7 Change over process in coordination with change management team: Completion Date: Dec. 2012
8. Extent IT technical supports in LPI project roll out for PU APAC region and conduct configuration / security settings in line with compliance requirements for ASIA Regional as LPI coordinator : - Completion date: Dec. 2012
- Attends regular meeting with US and EAME regional coordinator (and IT/EHS) in LPI role out/modification
-To discuss with site team on system changes or any new requirements that may arise reports to the global LPI team about any issues specific for the region.
-Communicates back to sites for cascading IT set up and modification
- Coordinates UAT testing of changes for the region.
Requirements:
1. Functional knowledge on general business process for SD/MM/PP t(MM is taken over by global purchasing team while I-CO related still handled by business)
2. knowledge on general HPU Asiabusiness process for SD/MM/PP t(MM is taken over by global purchasing team while I-CO related still handled by business); Family with SoD related process & Databases
3. Knowledge on general SoD violations and compensative measures
4. General knowledge on MSDS tool
5. GAIA project (HPU changes)
6. LPI admin access/ Admin knowledge on LPI tool
7. BPO access to the internal audit report
8. To be decided by Project team & Business
9. OBIEE reporting on Detailed supply chain reporting area (Sales/Inventory). QAD database access, Excel & Power point knowledge
10. Genneral Notes database knowledge
11. OBIEE reporting on All Supply chain related subject area (Sales,inventory, purchaing, transportation)
12. Tracker database access & Excel
