Essential Responsibilities
• Perform account reconciliation review work to drive quality and speed in whole R2R team.
• Assist business controller/accounting managers for risk control on account reconciliation.
• Support global account reconciliation SOP project
• Support operation team on MJE review work.
• Assist or lead projects to drive simplification and productivity
• Other task assigned by manager
Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor's degree.
• 3 years plus Big 4 working experience
• Solid finance operation knowledge.
• Customer-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effectively bilingual (Chinese & English).
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
