岗位职责：
1、协助支持IT事件活动（采购，材料和市场的支持）
1）对remote office 的活动，上海IT讨论会
2）IT 的展台（季度安排）
2、协助支持准备IT通讯新闻
1）季度中国IT新闻
2）按需求的IT服务新闻
3、文档准备和刚更新（英文中文版本）
1）IT工具和服务文档（用户手册&QRG）准备
2）已存在文档和将当前V驱动的IT工具文档移动到IT培训网站
4、支持IT培训网站的维护
1）支持更新IT网站的内容
5、支持IT培训，从Business那边收集IT培训需求
6、IT培训设施管理（IT培训资料，登记表，会议室预定，投影仪和电脑安装）
7、准备和更新IT培训资料
8、进行IT培训评估和岗位培训
9、支持IT培训记录
10、准备IT相关的培训资料，包括IT技巧和和培训资料相关的office

岗位要求：
1、熟练使用 MS Windows和MS Office
2、优秀的英文读写
3、有IT相关知识和经验
4、优秀的团队合作意识
