职位描述
主要职责：
●根据营运团队及客户的需求寻找合适的供应商，对供应商的现场及工厂进行前期勘查与了解，完成与供应商的谈判工作及合同的签署，定期与供应商探讨促销商品的相关计划，定期对供应商进行考评，包括供应商资质、产品质量及服务等。配合质保主管及协调团队定期抽查原材料的质量。拟定对供应商的奖惩方案，做到奖惩分明。
●优化供应商结构，更多地寻找源头供应商，以减少中间环节，降低成本，增加采购收入。
●推广索迪斯形象，特别是纠正有可能发生的供应商关于索迪斯形象任何负面或不正确的看法。
●定期进行市场调研工作，定期完成全国所有城市的报价，将核心产品价格与市场参照标杆进行对比，定期对食品或工业产品价格(特别是备品备件)的通货膨涨及公司价格与市场参照标杆对比的相关数据进行分析，定期与采购总监对各分类产品的供货情况、供应商结构及采购收入等数据进行分析、回顾。
●参与新合同开张协调会，安排职责范围内的供应商。
●协调、处理营运部门的投诉，提供书面回复与整改方案，由投诉部存档。
●依据公司发展战略建立良好的供应商数据库，并定期更新产品价格，供应商数据。支持公司销售部门的投标工作。与采购总监共同制定年度采购收入指标及价格指标。针对相应的指标制定年度采购计划，包括供应商结构的优化、价格的优化、质量的提升等。定期将指标完成情况向上级汇报。
●确保部门内其它同事和自己遵循理解并贯彻索迪斯的理念，核心价值观和道德准则以及所有的公司政策。
●保证各领域内服务合同符合国家标准要求。
●根据实际需要与专家或工程师协作，与运营和法务部门协作，在合同签订过程中控制潜在风险，归避损失 ，与相关部门保持良好的沟通。
●理解并应用索迪斯人文体系，核心价值，道德原则以及全公司的政策。在自身领域参与提高索迪斯形象，纠正客户可能产生的任何负面或者不适当的评论。
任职要求：
●大专或以上学历。
●5年以上的采购行业工作经验。2年以上经理级岗位管理经验。
●食品原料方面或工业领域的专业知识，包括原料市场、价格、质量及供应商的相关信息。
●外包服务商选择及管理的能力。较强的谈判能力熟悉成本分析及成本控制。
●良好的服务和团队意识多团队协调与管理能力。
●分析总结能力。承受工作压力的能力。解决问题的能力。
●熟练的电脑办公软件（Word，Excel，PowerPoint）操作能力。
●英语沟通能力。
Main Responsibilities:
●According to requests from Operation Team and clients, finds right suppliers. Pre-audits supplier to obtain detail information in advance of any cooperation. Negotiates with suppliers and completes contract signing. Regularly reviews with suppliers regarding of products promotion plan. Regularly evaluates suppliers, including qualification, products quality and services. Supports quality supervisor and coordination team to check the raw materials quality. Proposes appropriate reward or punishment for suppliers.
●Optimizes suppliers structure for each family, tries to find more and more manufactory, reduces intermediate and cost, increases purchase income.
●Participates to the promotion of the image of Sodexo on his/her area; in particular rectifies any negative or inappropriate perception Suppliers might have of Sodexo image.
●Regularly conducts market survey. Completes quotation in whole China, also completes price comparison of basket products with market benchmark regularly. Analyzes “food price inflation” or industry product especially for spare parts data & “Sodexo catalogue price”, provides comments. Regularly reviews on suppliers’ structure, products quality and purchase income of each family with Sourcing Director.
●Participates in new contract opening meeting, be responsible for arranging suppliers for each family for new site.
●Coordinates and settles complains from operation, gives the feedback and solutions to complain team for record.
●Sets up supplier base on company development strategy; updates catalogue price and supplier base. Supports Bidding for sales team. Creates PI & price forecast target with Souring Director annually. According to new target creates new sourcing plan, including optimizing suppliers structure, optimizing prices, improving products quality. Regularly reports to Souring Director regarding of performance.
●Ensures other colleagues and him/her the respect, understanding and application of Sodexo philosophy, core values, and ethical principles and of all Company policies.
●Makes sure the service contract can meet national standard for every niche area.
●Works together with specialist base on actual request. Controls potential risk together with Legal Department while sign contract for Sodexo, escapes economic lost. Keeps good communication with related Industry Association.
●Understands and applies Sodexo philosophy, core values, and ethical principles and of all company policies. Participates to the promotion of the image of Sodexo on his/her area; in particular rectifies any negative or inappropriate perception of Sodexo image which Clients might have.
Qualification&Requirements:
●College degree or above.
●5 years and above working experience in Purchasing industry. 2 years and above working experience on manager position.
●Professional food & industry field material knowledge, including raw-material market information, price, quality and supplier information.
●Outsource service supplier selection and management skill.Good negotiation skills.Familiar with cost analysis & cost control.
●Good service and team spirit.
●Strong communication skills both in oral and writing. Multi-team coordination and management. Ability to analyze and synthesize. Ability of work under high pressure. Problem solving skills.
●Solid computer skills. (Office Software – Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
●Communication ability in English.
