职位描述
主要职责:
●进行月度客户报告
●安排食品委员会会议日程,制作会议PPT
●制定月度菜单
●准备每月食品节宣传促销海报
●准备月度简报,进行定期会议纪要
●收集、整理、发送集团或公司内部交流与宣传信息,编写、审核公司内部交流与宣传刊物,根据上级意见进行修订
●协助上级传达集团内部政策、通知
●监督管理公司内部网站、定期更新和维护
●关注媒体报道,及时向上级汇报涉及企业形象的新闻或事件
●协助上级组织、安排外部交流与宣传事务
●监督、指导下级完成日常工作
●定期对团队成员进行业务培训,以提高工作效率
●确保员工遵循了解并贯彻索迪斯理念,核心价值观及道德准则
任职要求:
●本科以上学历
●英语四级及以上
●1-2年以上交流与宣传或市场营销领域工作经验。1年以上的岗位管理经验
●熟练使用办公软件(Photoshop, CorelDraw and PPT)
●良好的人际关系和沟通能力,承受压力及适应能力,出色的解决问题能力
Main responsibilities:
●Monthly Client Report
●Prepare Food Committee meeting agenda and Food Committee Meeting PPT
●Prepare Monthly Menu
●Prepare Monthly Food Festival Promotion Poster
●Prepare Monthly Newsletter, and regular meeting minutes
●Collects,organizes and distributes internal communication information within group or company. Compiles and reviews internal communication publications; makes corresponding amendment according to superior’s comments.
●Assists superior to communicate internal policies and notices to
staff.
●Monitors and manages internal website; guarantees timely updates and maintenance
●Keeps track of media and reports to superior news and events that might affect company’s image.
●Assists superior to organize and arranges external communication
tasks.
●Monitors and directs subordinate with daily work.
●Trains team members regularly in order to improve work efficiency.
●Ensures the understanding and implementation of Sodexo’s philosophy, core values and ethical principles among team members.
Requirements:
●Bachelor degree or above, CET-4 or above
●At least one-year- experience in communication area, one year experience in management
●Strong communication and writing skills both in English and Chinese
●Proficiency with Photoshop, CorelDraw and PPT
●Good interpersonal relationship and communication skills. Resilience and adaptability. Strong skills both in oral and writing. Good problem solving skills
