职位描述：
1、作为咨询经理，带领咨询顾问完成利率市场化背景下的银行产品定价相关咨询工作。包括分析客户需求，提供业务方案，与客户就方案进行沟通等。
2、参与项目售前工作，准备方案建议书，并负责向客户讲解方案。

任职要求：
1、5年以上工作经验。
2、有丰富的银行产品定价模型（包括客户关系定价法）构建、方案实施经验，熟悉贷款产品定价，了解存款产品定价。
3、熟悉银行产品定价的数据需求和数据分析。
4、熟悉银行产品定价模型与其他系统的关系。
5、有银行业务领域工作经验或银行数据分析工作经验者优先。
6、很好的沟通和协调能力。
7、金融、数学、统计、信息工程或相关专业本科以上学历。

Job description:
Provide solution consulting and implementation services.
Analyze and assess client 's business needs and consolidate client's business requirements.
Engage/Lead IT planning project or business requirements analysis project or PMO or requirements management in banking system implementation project.
Assist in project engagement, such as proposal preparation, solution promoting.

Roles and Responsibilities:
To be able packaging, selling and delivering solution in China banking industry.
Strong consulting capability, has rich experience of consulting projects delivery as a key leader or team member, and has some project management skills.
Strong and depth knowledge on specific (retail banking, corporate banking, operation, accounting or risk management etc.) business domain (business process, business architecture and business scenario etc.) as industry expert.
Strong application architecture experience as application leading architect in planning project.

Requirements:
Minimum 9 years for solid experiences in banking consulting or solutions implementation.
Demonstrable track record of sales and delivery with clients or of delivering business results in an organizational line role.
Full life cycle project management experience gained across several projects.
Strong client’s needs insight, understanding, analysis ability, has requirements management experience preferred.
Strong communication and coordination ability. Can build up good communication between business and system development teams.
Familiar with user acceptance testing, business rollout methodology.
A will to be the best and strong motivation.
Bachelor’s degree or above.
