天津招聘

01、负责公司招聘工作（简历刷新筛选、面试人员的通知、接待）；
02、新入职员工手续的办理，合同的签订；员工离职、调岗、升迁等手续办理;
03、新入职员工的培训（主要是对公司企业文化及规章制度的培训）；
04、公司员工用工、退工办理;
05、公司员工社保的缴纳及退保；
06、负责协助处理劳动争议，做好员工关系工作，维护企业文化。
07、人事档案的建立与分类管理；
08、员工考勤的统计；
09、员工工资核算;
10、负责参与公司绩效管理的实施执行、奖惩办法的执行。
11、协助审核、修订公司各项管理规章制度，监督落实员工手册、各项规章制度执行。

12、负责做好文件档案管理、通知、制度的起草、文件的收发存等工作。
13、公司食堂收支明细的记录、水电费电话费等汇总；
14、负责公司办公用品的保管和发放工作。
15、负责做好公司会议的会议记录工作，协助上级跟进会议内容完成情况。
16、负责公司来访电话及人员的接待安排等工作。
17、完成公司人事行政各项事务工作及部门内部日常事务工作。
18、领导安排的其他工作。
