职位描述

Human Resources Senior Manager - Automotive Industry
LOCATION: Pudong, Shanghai
REPORTING TO: General Manager (Group MD)
SUBORDINATE:HR Manager + HR admin
RESPONSIBLITIES


This position is responsible for providing dynamic human resource leadership and support services to assigned business units.
The scope of this position's responsibility covers all Greater China sales, service and related support function
Talent Acquisition - recruit, select, and hire high calibre new associates for key positions throughout the assigned business unit.
Organizational Development - identify and address organizational barriers to delivering strategic business initiatives; revise organizational structure and resources allocations, as necessary, to support the achievement of strategic business goals.
Performance Management - achieve productivity gains through ongoing performance management, including coaching, counselling, training, and, where appropriate, disciplinary action and termination; ensure the timely and effective establishment and evaluation of individual performance objectives.
Reward & Recognition Systems - work closely with client groups to review, coordinate, and submit timely and effective merit pay recommendations, sales incentive compensation plan designs and administration, management bonus plan participation and awards, etc.
Associate Relations - work closely with client groups to maximize associate engagement and retention; develop and maintain a positive associate relations atmosphere; minimize legal claims.
Associate Communications - develop and implement appropriate two-way channels of communications (both formal and informal) to keep managers and associates informed on important business matters.



IMMEDIATE CHALLENGES


Quickly establish professional credibility and effective working relationships with line management, at senior and operational levels, by conceiving and implementing value-added solutions.
Identify, develop and implement local human resource strategies designed to improve the Company's ability to attract, develop, engage and retain outstanding talent in Greater China.



PREREQUISITES


Minimum 5 years of progressive human resources leadership experience.
Possess good business acumen and able to partner well with various departments to build up a motivated, competent and highly committed workforce
Is self confident, honest, political, a good team member; able to deal with conflicts effectively and constructively.
Energetic, eager to learn
Fluent speaking and writing English



PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE


At least 10 years of working experience
Prior working experience in high technology company. Previous experience working in a Multi-national Corporation will be an added advantage.



PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION


B.S., or B.A. in Business Management, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or other related discipline required
