A. Responsibility
senior sales manager is responsible for driving order and revenue generation in automotive business.
Industry verticals focus is automotive. This executive must have high energy, be flexible to the needs of a growing organization and able to make executive decisions impacting the business as a whole. Through the creation and execution of a robust go-to-market strategy, the senior sales manager will drive growth through new customer acquisition and the movement of current clients to additional services. This sales will be a positive motivating force for the business, attracting and retaining top talent while leading the team’s effort to rapidly acquire and service new clients. The executive will have demonstrated strong collaboration skills and organizational agility. B. Qualification
Experiential Requirements
Sales Background in IT Services
- Must possess at least five years experience in Senior-Level positions in Sales in a transferable industry.
- Depth and breadth of understanding of portfolio of IT Services for corporate customers across multiple industry verticals.
Experience and Customer Contacts in Automotive Industry Segments
- Ideally the successful candidate will have a great deal of experience in automotive industry segments where Pactera wants to grow their business, such as automotive electronics.
- Proven track record of accomplishment in strategic account planning methodology, customer relationship management, solution design and new business development strategies
- Target account selling approach (Salesforce.com usage would be a plus)
Track Record of New Bookings and Revenue Growth
- Track record of penetrating new industry ability, deal size over $2M.
- Success driving profit and margin growth in addition to revenue
- Ability to analyze business/financial data and develop recommendation and solutions
- Passion to build up vertical within Corporation.
Education
- A Bachelor’s Degree in IT, engineering or related field. An M.B.A. or related advanced degree is desirable but not required.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced organization with a sense of urgency, a need for flexibility and collaboration.
