Main responsibilities:
? Create manufacturing concepts and layouts, and specifications and requirement specifications for machines, equipment and devices
? Project planning, coordination and commissioning of production lines and the optimization in operation
? Develop, evaluate and implement new technologies in the context of process development projects
? Construction of tools and preparation for the test, assembly and automation technology
? Closely cooperate and communicate with Headquarters in Germany
? Perform other duties as assigned

Qualification

? University degree
? Relevant work experience, preferably in the automotive branch
? Ideally knowledge of Lean Production and know-how in plastic or elastomer processing facilitate the entry
? Knowledge of electrical engineering is desirable
? Good in English
? Good communication and interpersonal skills
? Can work independently, but also a team player
? Initiative and self-motivated
? Reliable and commitment
