Key Responsibilities:
? Head of the whole sales department, including marketing, sales, after service and
technical application;
? Improves the sales performance according to the company’s mission, especially in
new products introduction.
? Understands company business short term and long term strategy, to meet the
customer requirements.
? Builds up and maintains good relationship with customers.
? Manages customer commitments and obligations.
? Achieves the assigned sales revenue target of the company.
? Achieves new design to win business target.
? Follows up company strategies and sales plans to develop the business in the defined regions.
? Customer payment and account receivable management.
? Works with customers for forecasting and purchase order gaining.
Requirements:
? Bachelor’s Degree or above on mechanical/electronical engineering or on business ;
? More than 10 years sales working experience in the textile machinery or related
industries;
? Highly organized, self-starter with strong ability to prioritize and multi-task;
? Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills – team working, providing
customer service;
? Ability to manage conflicting requirements and be able to define and implement a
common standard process;
? Good command of communication skills;
? Fluent in Chinese Mandarin and English or German;
? Have a driving license;
? Can accept frequent travel.
