Main responsibilities:
Assist to manage administrative tasks and make relevant arrangements for the company
Support and provide assistance to department head and all members in the team
Support consultants to conduct information collection, job analysis and CV screening;
Update personnel pool;
Conduct pre- telephone screening
Charge resume compiling, interview scheduling, coordination work and etc.
Finish other tasks as assigned

Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above
Excellent English skills in both oral and written
Good computer skills with MS Office tools
Aggressive, enthusiastic, proactive and able to work under pressure
Organized, detailed and service oriented
Teamwork player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
