RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Develop and enhance sales of products and services within his given responsibility.

? Manage the activities of the segment sales staff and ensures target revenues are met or exceeded.

? Prepare, submit and implement commercial targets and objectives.

? Submit monthly reports on results and market conditions to General Manager.

? Make appropriate analysis of the market and competitors.

? Promote and introduce new and existing products.

? Set work schedules for subordinates and oversee their performance.

? Share the previous experience and leadership skills to motivate and coach staff

? Manage local sales agents

? Bring support and implementation of AVTS ISO 9001/14001 quality system.

? Ensure that health and safety standards are followed.

? Report to the GM; follow GM’s instructions

QUALIFICATIONS

? Education: College Degree or above

? Working Experience: 5 years

? Language: English and Chinese

? Knowledge of specific industry, Project sales experience

? High energy and ability to create and lead a strong team.

? A strong communication and interpersonal skills

? Ability to perform well under stress and meet deadlines
