Requirements:
University degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, MBA would be preferable
Fluent in oral and written English, German would be preferable
Decent technical background, 5~8 years' working experience in senior management roles
Experienced in Product/Project Management in mechanical industrials
Proven track record of Sales & Marketing with profound knowledge in industrial products
Good communication and management skills
Target-oriented, strong leadership

Responsibilities:
Overall responsible for Product and Project Management in accordance with BU objective to gain market share and growth
Implement the product management strategy, plan and budget for short-/long-term
Supervise and control of central data management from product division, develop and supervise product sales projections, develop project management competencies and improve the capabilities
Initiate special projects and develop new projects with sector & region sales management, supervise multi-project management, innovation & product realization process, etc.
Lead product management activities in China by initiating and coordinating new products development
Compliance, implementation and localization of global policies, procedures and processes to ensure that activities in China be of support for business strategy of the business unit and meet corporate ethical standards
Establish and carry out product strategy aligned with group overall strategic objective and coordinate program of transplant issues in order to gain market share
Supervise the execution of training and development opportunities/programs
Provide leadership and guidance, improve overall performance of the team; motivate subordinate for better development and achieve company's objective
