Responsibilities:

? Fully responsible for P&L of the Business Unit in China, including budgets, CAPEX and projects

? Fully responsible for the day to day business activities incl. all projects of the Business Unit in China

? Ensure Development and Growth of the Business Unit in China:

- Meeting existing business Plans as well as developing new business plans as necessary;

- Developing existing business and develop new opportunities together with the local Team

? Coordinate all activities in China with global BU Head, Global Sales, Global Operation MM as well as Global F&E MM to ensure seamless information and working together

? Ensure compliance of all activities in China with all relevant laws & regulations as well as all relevant internal guidelines

? Develop and grow business in China; Define clear and well defined growth path for BU in China

? Explore China market and report growth and future development on a regular basis; Observe relevant industries and industry trends in the region; Based on these analysis develop growth strategy for BU in this Area incl. CAPEX and Technology demand

? Lead and develop local team in order to ensure that all growth plans and projects are finished on time and in budget

? Conduct regular regional meetings together with global Sales and Operations MM to ensure proper communication and progress in all areas

? Prepare monthly reports for all activities to Global Business Head

? Active member of the global team. Actively relates with the global team to learn and support where necessary

? Additional activities and projects as defined

Qualifications:

? University degree or above, Chemistry or Engineering is preferable, MBA is a plus

? Experienced business Leader with several years’ experience

? Proven track record as a successful manager

? Ability to work in international organization

? Ability to organize and develop highly functional teams

? Ability to initiate Management of Change

? IT know how

? Strong leadership skills, excellent team player

? Excellent communications skills

? Strong interpersonal skills

? Ability to work in different cultural environments

? Highly flexible, willingness to travel
