职位一：

Job Responsibilities
? Work on business intelligence applications development and will analyze business requirement and translate it into technical implementation.
? Work as a Cognos Report Developer; develop Cognos reports with Query Studio and Report Studio, Analysis Studio, Business Insight etc.
? Build and support ETL mapping/workflows using Informatica tool.
? Perform Unit, integration and performance testing.
? Perform code migration and basic admin activites for DEV,TEST & PROD environments.
? ETL batch monitoring and issue resolutin within SLA.
? Prepare and Review technical documentation.
Job Requirements
? Solid knowledge of Cognos components - Cognos Report Studio, Analysis Studio, Business Insight, Framework Manager and Transformer
? Solid knowledge of ETL developer using Informatica
? Database knowledge a must, preferably Oracle/SQL Server
? Strong software engineering, project management knowledge & experience
? Excellent written/spoken communication skills in English
? 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Scope of work:
? Work on site in the Client Shanghai office to provide support and business analysis for BI application
? Focusing on the clientChina & ACAP BI application support
? Coordinate the interface between different parties, various business team (Department: Ethical /Trade/CUSTOMER SERVICE/Marketing/MND/) and other vendors as well.
? Support sales department of all sales data analysis,including TMS IMS, Inventory, New User KPI, in store performance. DBBS interface.
? Support all ethical team activity analysis,including their mama class activity ROI analysis which from cards submission, successfully called to verified NU
? Support CS department for all CS data analysis, including Inbound/Outbound/ Email, SMS,Telemarketing,CS work performance. Questionnaires, mama class, successful call rate, retention, conversion
? Support marketing team for use behavior analysis, such as export big data, customize AD hoc reports. Customize activity performance report.
Job specification:
? Monitor SSIS Job and Cognos Report running as daily work.
? Create AD-Hoc Report according to user requirement
? Familiar with the client China & ACAP BI systems in shortest time, can quick understand and identify the incident route cause and troubleshoot.
? Create new cube or new Cognos report according to different systems’ requirement.
? Quick response to generate data from EDW database directly.
? New SSIS Job Creating
? Data Error Tracing for different countries.
Key qualification:
? Bachelor degree or above, major in computer science or relevant.
? >3 years working experience in IT business consultant or BSA role
? Cognos Development experience and SSISDevelopment experience
? Knowledge of BPCS is a plus
? Familiar with SQL Server, experience of writing store procedure
? Basic IT application architecture and BI knowledge
? Solid written and oral communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
? Quick leaner, good inter-personal skill.
? Multi-Task.
